Consignment Process

Step 1: Submit Photos and Details for Preliminary Quotation
Before consigning, please provide photos and relevant details of each item so that we can conduct a preliminary evaluation and provide a quotation. We recommend providing three to five photos, including the front, interior, back, serial number, bottom, and any possible flaws. These photos will help our colleagues make an accurate assessment.

Step 2: Choose Delivery Method and Submit Consignment Items

After receiving the preliminary quotation, you can choose a suitable delivery method from the following options:
- Visit our store in Tsim Sha Tsui and bring the consignment items for delivery.
- Postal Service: You can use a mailing service to send the consignment items to us.

We will provide you with relevant mailing instructions and address information.
(Note: If the owner retrieves the goods within the storage period, they will be responsible for a 5% administrative fee based on the value of the merchandise.)

 

Step 3: Retain the Original Consignment Contract

When you deliver the consignment items at the store, we will proceed with the consignment process and sign a consignment contract with you. Please ensure that you keep the original copy of the consignment contract for future reference if necessary.

If you choose to have our company driver collect the items or if you personally mail them to our warehouse, we may not be able to provide you with the original consignment contract. However, please rest assured that we will notify you via WhatsApp once we receive the items, and we will include a link to the photos of the received items as proof.

 

Step 4: Wait for the Sale of Items and Settlement of Funds

After completing the consignment process, you just need to patiently wait for news of the sale of your items. Once the items are successfully sold, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the settlement of funds.

[No Success, No Fee]

We operate on a "No Success, No Fee" charging model. This means that the service fee will only be deducted if your item is successfully sold. If the sale is not successful, we will not charge any fees.

The transfer of funds to the owner's Hong Kong bank account or electronic payment platform will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after the customer receives the item. To ensure the security of your payment, we only accept bank transfers or electronic payments and do not engage in any cash transactions.

《Items Not Eligible for Consignment》

The following are the categories of items we do not accept for consignment:

1) Counterfeit items: We strictly prohibit the consignment of any counterfeit items. 2) Lost/fake products with missing or falsified serial numbers or year imprints: We do not accept items that have missing, fake serial numbers, or falsified year imprints. 3) Non-authentic/original branded products or products not repaired by the brand's authorized counters: We only accept branded products that are authentic/original or have been repaired by the brand's authorized counters. 4) Items with lost/damaged accessories: We do not accept items with missing or damaged accessories. 5) Items with odors: We do not accept items that have strong or unpleasant odors. If an item fails our physical inspection or is recalled, customers have the option to return the item. Customers can either personally retrieve the item from our showroom or arrange a courier service and pay for the shipping fees.

If, with the owner's consent, we need to verify the item through the brand's official counter and it fails the verification process, the brand's official counter has the right to confiscate the problematic item without providing any compensation or response. Our platform will not assume any legal responsibility or compensation in such cases.
